Jaime Mora
Principal/Founder
Jaime Mora has over twenty-five years of experience, with nineteen years devoted to the practice of healthcare architecture planning and design. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Jaime was raised in Norwalk, a suburb of Los Angeles. He is a first-generation immigrant, and his first language was Spanish. When Jaime was about five years old, he began drawing the city of the future, and from that day forward, he always dreamed of becoming an architect. Earning his BArch from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, he began his journey in architecture that would lead him to specialize in healthcare design. In 2013, Jaime Mora and his wife, Cristina Alcala co-founded M+A Architecture. Through his work at M+A, he gets to help others grow and succeed through the practice of architecture. You will likely find him swimming, jogging, or traveling when he is not at work. His favorite places to visit have been the Northwest, South America, and Italy. One item on his bucket list is to develop and produce California agave spirits as a hobby. One of the things that might surprise people about him is that he has hiked the Zion Narrows and Machu Picchu trails.
