Mariam was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She followed her passion for architecture to Palestine, where she completed her degree. Before returning to the United States, she gained valuable international experience by working or studying in other countries. This experience gave her a broader perspective on architecture and design, as well as exposure to different cultures and approaches to problem-solving. Growing up, she was always intrigued by buildings, design, composition, and the environment that shapes them. From there, her passion for architecture developed naturally. One of her most rewarding and challenging projects was working in a city that was being built from scratch. The project allowed her to work on various scales and face a wide range of obstacles, forcing her to adapt and be flexible in her approach. Outside of work, Mariam enjoys collecting excess construction materials and turning them into something new that can be used again. Mariam's dream is to learn how to fly a plane someday.
